Cityscape Property Management provides on-line tools to automate the submission of many homeowner requests, and support submission 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Please provide enough information so we can take action without having to call you for more information, if possible. However, make sure to provide your name and contact information in case we do need more information.

1. Accounting Requests

This on-line utility will go directly to the accounting department.

Remember, accounting requires objective evidence of payments that have been made such as a copy of the cancelled check.

2. Maintenance Requests

This on-line utility is for submitting maintenance requests regarding the common area of your community.

Remember, in case of a life-threatening emergency such as fire, flood, or the need for medical assistance; always call your local emergency services using 911 first. Then contact Cityscape Property Management’s emergency services at 408-870-2275 and we will provide the necessary support services such as insurance liaison, or restoration management.

3. Architectural Change Requests

This on-line utility for requesting the latest version of your communities architectural change form.

Remember, if you are changing anything on the outside of your home, whether it is structural or landscaping, you need to submit an architectural change request to the Board of Directors before you begin.

4. Parking Tags, Keys, and other related items.

This on-line utility is for requesting these community items.

Remember, if these types of items are lost or not transferred when there is a sale of the home, you will have to pay a fee to the association to get a replacement.

5. Escrow Requests

This on-line utility is your link for requesting escrow documentation to support the sale of your home.

Remember, escrow requests can take several business days to process, so request your documentation early.
