Information for Community Members |
On-line Resources are available to you for: · Accounting Requests · Maintenance Requests · Architectural Change Requests · Parking Tag Requests · Lost Key Requests · Escrow Requests |
Primarily, you are responsible for paying your assessments on time and abiding by the CC&Rs and all other rules and regulations which exist for community harmony.
However, a true community is generally one in which homeowners assume an active role, not only by attending association meetings, voting and paying dues on time, but also by participating in group activities, serving on committees and running for elected offices.
In the end, the governing documents only help establish a foundation. It is involved owners that build the association and truly make it a community. |
What are your individual responsibilities? |
Generally, minor improvements made to the interior of your home do not require architectural review. However, structural changes or changes to the plumbing or electrical system should be reviewed by the community’s architectural committee.
All external changes to your home should be reviewed by the community’s architectural committee.
To request an Architectural Change Request form, simply contact Cityscape Property Management using our on-line owner requests.
The Board will assist community members who wish to improve their property as long as the improvement is performed in a manner consistent with the CC&Rs and rules and regulations.
Note that if you don’t get approval for architectural changes you may have to remove the improvement and that can negatively affect the community spirit, so it is recommended that you request an architectural review before you purchase materials or start work. |
